Should the Staff step down if he's a FL?

Currently the only one whose a FL and a Staff at the same time is Hani and he should step down either from FL or Staff, this is how it has been before and this is how it should be imo.

It's not about trusting buddy, stepping down from staff while being a FL has been a number one rule in the past

When it comes to CRP, i know CRP 4 and 5 had them. Possibly 6 aswell. I cant say about 1-3 since i did not know it existed, maybe someone else can fill that in.

<- Staff and SA in CRP1.

There has been FL and Staff (of varying rank) in every iteration of CRP. The qualities that make a good staff member also make a good faction leader, there is bound to be some cross-over.

The point is, if a Staff Member such as Admin and above plays a FL he must step down from Staff temporarily till his character dies or whatever.

I was also Staff and a FL in CRP 1. There have been rules about it in the past sure, but in a lot of instances of CRP, including this one, there isn't.

When it comes to Staff also being a FL, the only time i'd recommend it resulting in a resignation from one or the other is if there is a noticeable decline in their ability to uphold the responsibilities of both roles as a direct result of holding both.

Hani has stepped down from his SA posistion when the server launched. He holds no more sway than the other faction leaders currently.

I am locking this seeing it has no point.
