Description of building: one or two farm plots, a grndstone, and four chests, added to an existing building.
Location of building: Vaytejeg Courtshouse and School. The Courthouse is to be remodeled as a place to store, ie chests, added.
Reason for building: Local Mercenary group seeks to settle in the up-and-coming Swadian settlement in these lands.
What will the building add in terms of role-play, or general fun in-game?: A rival? To fenada, currently the only source of wheat. Personally, I plan to hire people to work the fields and to rp as often as I could, under this assumed responsibilities, plus I think that'd it'd be fun to run off some rogur farmers sometimes, pff. Maybe convince them to instead work? Foir their food. Who knows?
