Omar Zahal is not accepted yet as a Noble. That person is in fact waiting for the admins to do something about their application. The person came online once but that was for an hour, otherwise they currently have irl things to attend to but were very active in the past.
I saw the person with gear spawned in, and playing the game. So this is false.

I'd be happier with less nobles in general. I don't think replacing existing nobles is a good idea for this reason. Just let the characters run their course and die off without being replaced. A faction only needs an FL, a supporting noble, perhaps a knight or two and perhaps a lady for a good solid base of leadership.
Activity comes and goes, especially in the lulls that naturally always happen post-war.
I'd ask faction leaders to instead focus on giving more power to the trusted members of their faction. Captain of the guard, sergeant, their bailiff, an accountant or steward, whoever runs their businesses for their resource. The players can be just as influential and important to the RP without a noble title.
That makes sense, fewer nobles is better in my opinion too, But then you have an independent noble who logged on for an hour and never logged on again. One specifically named Omar Zahal. And there are a few others who I just haven't seen on in ages. They take up space for people that actually wanna play the game.

The entirety of Fenada, Some Sarranid noble that got accepted that logged on once and never again, pretty sure there are some Tehlrog nobles inactive aswell, which idk their names of.

I rather have a response like: Yes Jack, we as a staff team will try to fix the server and replace inactive nobility with active ones. This is kind of pointless.

Fix the inactive nobility, change them with people that applied and are active.
Mostly the Fenada nobility, independent nobility. Tehlrogs Nobility, I've only seen Aubrey online in the past week or so. And sometimes some of the Tehlrogs. Fix this.

ah I got 2 hits off in the back, and one on the shield almost breaking it, I believe I still had like 30-50% hp when I was headshot, just unlucky. And as soon as I am yelling NOW NOW im pushing, Aillin is just like, "Alright guys, we're gonna push" as I hit the vaegirs in the back lmao.

i felt bad in the moment and then i felt even bad when i saw how well you were doing...
legit 1 person holding the doorway, 4 guys on me, full tincan in front of the vaegirs, and they just didn't push. Had like 4-5 hits on the vaegirs in their back I believe.
