Currently the only one whose a FL and a Staff at the same time is Hani and he should step down either from FL or Staff, this is how it has been before and this is how it should be imo.

Character's Goals: Robert wishes to improve even more the nordic language considering the whole land originality's are from the nord and robert learned it since he was 14.
Reason: I have it writted on my bio that Robert learned how to write and read at the same time, he needs the nordic language for diplomacy and military affairs considering he leads the Vajayeg's garrison and incase of nord recruit he has to know his language as well.

Description of the Character:
Robert is a very handsome man and he usually wears fancy clothes around.He has short brown hair with hazel eyes and a shaved beard, he is around 183cm.Most of the times Robert keeps himself shaved and clean with a good smelling clothes.He also has some average muscles due to the martial skills he gained being a teenager.He's a man of honor and discipline as he values most.Robert has many principles which one of those is before Robert gets into any meeting or discussion, he would begin with a cup of wine and then he'd begin the discussion even though he doesn't prefer to drink a lot.One of the many principle he has is the fact that he always seeks to finish his duty successfully as he dislikes failure.Robert is known for his tolerance, he doesn't exaggerate things as he'd prefer to maintain his status and reputation firmly among the rest.Perhaps sometimes his tolerance might be abused but he's always polite on his speech even though he regrets many times afterwards, Robert is a reserved person who thinks too much before he says, he imagines the consequences that may happen later on.He is a person who likes challenges and travelling, he's also a very good horseman which the people who know him believe its a gift from the makerist as a sign that he's a bit different, a bit more loyal to his words as he keeps his promises and oaths he sworns.
He trusts people easily which that may be considered as his weakness, he can be manipulated perhaps it is cause of his young age and for the fact that he is honorable person which it can lead into a massive blow of making wrong decisions that could cost his life.
 
Character's Goals:
To maintain stability inside his faction territory, to serve his Baron with loyalty & respect as he deserves, however his main goal or ambition is to create his own dynasty one day and to become a patriach who would be known around the region so the rest of the people would always remember his name and his deeds.


Reason for Application:
Partly cause i wanna be part of this marvelous scenario that's upcoming anytime soon, and for the fact that Buns offered me this position into his faction as we have done well the past scenarios we've been into similar positions.
