What do you think you can bring to the team?:A staff team that cooperates together can work together and get things done. From my time since CRP 1 I have seen how the staff teams over the past seven iterations have worked together and managed to get things done. In my time as a moderator or admin over the past seven years, I have managed to remain unbiased in situations. Taking a look at the perspective of the server and the perspective of players and admins. You have to look at the truth behind every decision and action that is taken by the staff team.
If one member abuses their powers and the staff team willing knows about it and does nothing to stop it; then what is being achieved? I personally think I can bring an unbiased and open mind to the staff team, to assist and help with decisions that may need an outsider view or a new view on the persepctive.
