Description of building: A building made of mostly wood with a stone foundation that house a barter room with a counter for trading, A small room with a lockable door that contains 3 chests inside for storage. Outside will be a stand made out of wood for selling goods and a oven for baking or cooking. A banner that hangs on the front of the building.
Location of building: On the spawn island near the new Fort of Stormvik
Reason for building: To add more quality of life to the islands(Stormvik) Aswell to help the lands grow. This will also serve as the "HQ" of my Organization so we have a place to store the goods we sell and it will serve as a gathering point too. This building will also help in Stormvik's growth since a part of the income will go to the constructions going on in the islands. If this goes through then in the future the building will expand and have a open market on the outside for commoners to sell their goods
What will the building add in terms of role-play, or general fun in-game?: The main idea i had for this was to add more quality of life to the map. The outpost will be in the center of all factions since the place it will be on is on the connecting roads between all the factions. The place will be a common gathering point for everyone who wants to trade and engage in different rp scenarios. We also want the new building to be a new spot for new players so that they may learn the in-game economics, get jobs, earn money and or just ask simple questions to help them get started on the server. My intention is not to hoard several items or gold but to further expand upon rp and help give people things to strive for even if it is just say a "new coat" or "Some material for crafting" it will still make a difference.
The reason why i dont ask for something "Grand" is because you dont need something large or cool to make good rp with. As i stated before: I wish to add more quality of life on the island and increase the interactions between all factions so that more scenarios might expand from it
