Character's Goals:
To be able to communicate with foreigners when duty calls, to be able to explain and have them understand the meaning of an action. Or simply to translate a conversation in a foreign language when It's spoken and required for the faction to understand.
Reason:
Stated in my biography that I've been taught this language on my character's journey. Not everyone has the gift of understanding nordic language, therefore having a translator within a faction could come in handy when conversations are held between swadians and nords, noble or commoner.
