Example of Scene relating to Profession: Some of Lola's earliest memories are horrifying, yet also something that's stuck with her. Her father, Throst, was a man always overcome by his rage and extreme anger, releasing it on the world around him. For a long time this was the whores who worked for him, but as Lola grew bigger she became a target as well. Her earliest memory of such was when she was five years old, her father had thrown her against a wall, and she had a big gash on her forehead.
She sat on the ladder to the third floor of the Poorhouse as Anna, one of the wenches, stitched up her cut. This was just one of the many incidents that led to Lola becoming rather knowledged in medicine and surgery. Once she was older, she became the medic, when the women were injured, she'd run to their side and begin to help them. Once Samantha, a young woman under her fathers employment, came home bleeding. Her client had slashed her across her waist with a sword, and she was pale and close to passing out when she arrived. Lola started by examining for the extent of the injury before she used clean rags to apply pressure to the wound until the bleeding stopped. She was thirteen when this happened, and by this point the women in the whore house (Poorhouse) had taught her much about the local herbs and greenery and any potential medicinal purposes it could have.
Applying a sprinkle of turmeric to the wound, it would prevent infection while slowing any remaining bleeding. After allowing the spice to sit for a few minutes, she'd begin gently cleaning the wound with a bar of homemade soap containing witch hazel, and some water from a bucket nearby. Eventually the wound would be ready for stitching, Lola would fetch her needle and thread and return to Samantha, beginning to stitch the injury just as she had practiced on many before her. Due to the expertly placed stitches, Samantha didn't have much of a scar from the incident, and was rather grateful to Lola for her help, being one of the women who stayed to help her run the Poorhouse after her father passed.
Once Lola met the Thane, she began getting in a lot more dangerous situations. She's treated -many- battlefield wounds now, as well as helping Arianah Meadows with an illness she picked up, which turned out to just be a muscle pull, as Lola had thought. From treating enemy Vaegirs to her closest friends, Lola has had quite the streak of incidents in which she treated wounds, including ones on herself. One of the most learning experiences she had, was when she attended multiple meetings hosted by the master surgeon. From learning CPR to how to stop choking, she even learned more about her own pregnancy.

Have wanted Lola to be a surgeon from the start of the scene, always RPed her as being someone with a history of treating medical problems or injuries. Will keep her RP accurate, even if that means her not knowing what to do in some situations. Not sure about any rules on noble chars having professions but I hope there can at least be an exception for this as I feel like it would be a really interesting way to evolve on Lola and learn more about her as well as understanding her better. Ready to make her knowledge of surgery official
