Description of building:An abandoned Stone building is to be renovated and turned into a Bread and Pie making Company. The door to the outside will be unlocked at all times. When enter there will be a counter with a locked door and just beyond that an Oven, Source for Water, a Chest, and maybe a few tables with decorations but not required. An Office would also be nice but not required.

Reason for building:The Tehlrog Staff with the approval of the Earl has decided to reclaim an abandoned shop in the city dedicated to the mass production of bread. This building will be commercial in priority and will sell food in the Market. The plan is the hire commoners to sell the bread for us and give us a small cut of their profits. It may also act as a headquarters for market Taxes and Permits depending on what the Earl sees fit to do.
This was decided after the Castle Staff found it difficult to make a steady profit to fund the Earls noble lifestyle solely on the weekly income. This is likely the first of several expansions of the City to raise profits due to the lack of any natural resources giving a stead amount of wealth.
What will the building add in terms of role-play, or general fun in-game?:We intend to hire Commoners and even other Faction members to maintain the shop and sell bread for us, it could also possibly in the future act as the headquarters for any taxes or permits levied on the Market Place.
