After a fierce and brutal war the swadians have emerged victorious, the attacking nordic army was crushed under the walls of Ambean and the Earl of Telrog and his son and heir Morcar both died on the battlefield, Count Julian soon marched on Telrog which put up little more than token resistance before it was captured.
Peace negotiations were quick to occur and the Thane of Feneda was released after paying war reparations and made independent, Lord Benedict of Vayejeg took the opporunity to seize the mines his family had long sought after and finally gain the much needed income that the proud fish on their banner did not provide alone, Ambean seized the highly contested islands for themselves and recieved the lions share of ransoms.
The Vaegirs on the hill having proven their worth to the count were given a stretch of land along the border of Telrog and declared their lordship over their surrounding area which they oversee from their newly constructed fort, exiles no longer the now settled vaegirs hoist their banner and once again proudly paint their shields in the coat of arms of their Boyar.
The Count sits in the halls of Telrog as its ruler having annexed it into the kingdom of swadia, he has sent word to the lords and wandering knights of the realm of his offer to allow them to settle this disputed nordic land as his vassal and buffer against the vaegir kingdom and remaining nordic forces that have largely fled to Feneda for protection.
Thane Hauke has accepted the fleeing nordic kinsmen into his land despite their makerist prefrances and guranteed their protection it is clear however he has not yet decided to fully intergrated them into his clan and many of these Telrog Nords stay in Feneda as refugees in make-shift camps.
A truce between the factions was signed that gurantees peace in the region for the next month under pain of death for anyone that violates this peace, with that the war is officaly ended and it's clear Telrog is forever changed.
// Anyone wishing to play the new Telrog FL or support noble should get in contact with me and make an application.
Telrog Nords that have faction equipment must decide if they with to stay in the faction and serve their new swadian masters or flee to Feneda, whichever is decided by the player the equipment shall become property of that faction going independant is allowed but you cannot keep the faction equipment.
We would like to encourage some peace and stability between factions after this war and while it will be dealt with on an individual basis staff intend to approve CKs on anyone who intentionally try and continue the conflict or otherwise try to start problems as it is breaking the terms of truce set out by the nobles which defines anyone noble or otherwise who breaks the peace to be executed.
Was truly a wonderful event to watch, thank you all.
