Character's Goals: To be able to communicate with his thane and faction members.
Reason: Remer has joined the Nord faction but has found it hard to communicate. He wishes to further assimilate himself into their culture. This is so he'll be more accepted as a part of the faction. He is currently being taught IC by "Asa" of the Fenada faction. She is schooling him on Nordic culture and language.
